If anyone ever asks why you need a decent graphics card to render graphics quickly, Adam and Jamie from the ever-excellent '''Mythbusters''' have the ultimate demonstration for you. Watch them draw a MONA LISA in 80 milliseconds and demonstrate the difference between CPU processing and GPU parallel processing. If you don't want geeky then they fire 1100 paint guns at the same time which would be cool...
