A generally fairly ordinary day has just been salvaged by my brain's ability to somehow identify that the tune being played on the bontempi organ was, in fact, " White Man (In Hammersmith Palais) " by the Clash. Scottish researchers (or "alcoholics") have recently discovered (or "hallucinated") some quite interesting results with respect to the way that music can affect the taste of wine.
