Not in Britain, of course - perish the thought! - but in North Korea. Regular readers may recall this mighty, mighty advert for Taedonggang beer (which carried a heady whiff of Mr Sparkle ): by all accounts a tasty brew, and certainly a must-try for any visitors to the DPRK. The advertisement claimed that the beer was the "pride of Pyongyang" [quite a claim - E] and certified under the ISO 9001 Quality...
