There's an interesting interview/profile of Lord Barnett in this week's edition of Holyrood magazine, in which he repeats his call for his eponymous formula to be scrapped. Attempts were made last night to get a parliamentary inquiry into the Barnett Formula in light of the rising demand that the spending scheme should be scrapped and replaced with one based on need and not population.
