With reference to this post , I have it on very good authority (see the comments to the post) that Mr B has been refused leave to appeal to the House of Lords. Apparently, Lord Hoffmann, Lord Hope of Craighead and Baroness Hale of Richmond denied the appeal because "... the petition does not raise an arguable point of law of general public importance ". Accordingly, the ruling of the Court of Appeal...
