I scrumped the Blenheim oranges for these pies from Simon Kelner's garden in Woodstock, right next to Blenheim Palace ? that's proper use of local ingredients for you. The Blenheim orange apple is a traditional English variety of apple that originated in Oxfordshire. Its skin is a distinctive greenish-yellow-to-orange colour and it has a nutty flavour and firm texture which makes it excellent for cooking....
