A man who rushed up to Britain's Queen Elizabeth's car and started swearing as she left Oxfordshire has been arrested. The monarch was leaving Banbury's Leonard Cheshire Care Home, where she had completed a royal visit, when the man in his 30s ran up to her vehicle and started gesturing and cursing.
