At least according to this article in the Evening Standard which publishes this hotspot map showing the relative strength of the property market in London. Apparently: "On the outskirts of prime central London, one of the strongest performers was South Lambeth/Nine Elms (SW8), which continues to be the most expensive central London location south of the Thames."
