Chard's South Kensington and Chelsea lettings team was asked by an American entertainment company to locate two flats for visiting executives within the same building. They wanted security as well as location near Chelsea and Knightsbridge. We immediately agreed the deal for two flats to let in Chelsea Cloisters on Sloane Avenue which fitted the bill exactly.
