A SIX-year-old boy has died after a crash in Suffolk. The youngster was involved with a collision with a car in Rowan Way, Worlingham, near Beccles, at about 9.30pm on Saturday.

BUILDING work on a major new hotel complex which is expected to boost Suffolk's tourism economy should get underway within two years. The new Henham Hall, at Henham Park, Beccles, will include up to 100 rooms and 200 apartments together with a restaurant, pool, gym and beauty spa.

FIREFIGHTERS had to remove the roof of a car in an effort to free a driver who became trapped after an accident on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. The single vehicle collision happened shortly after 8am this morning on the A146 White House Farm Road in Barnby, near Beccles.

BECCLES An outbreak of a highly contagious disease is threatening the future of Britain's endangered white-clawed crayfish.
