Other than that it is good. I can swim without issue. I can curl smaller weights and despite the resistance in the orthogonal plane, it is close to full movement again. The shoulder feels way, way, stronger than it has in a long time. The pain on the first night after surgery was excruciating, but that was the only time it was unbearable.
