Dear Ecademists, Can anyone advise me please? I am considering employing someone on a short-term basis. It could be a week, a fortnight or a month depending on the success/speed of the work they will be doing. They will not be self-employed so can I employ them on a casual basis (whatever that really means) or do I have to register them as a PAYE employee? Thanking you in advance. Regards,
