NEW YORK—Shares of rose Tuesday after an analyst upgraded them, saying orders for its tools, which are used to manufacture hard drives, are likely to revive next year.The stock of the Santa Clara, Calif., company rose 94 cents, or 9.2 percent, to $11.12 in afternoon trading. analyst Bill Ong said hard-drive maker Seagate Technology LLC could start placing orders late this year to expand capacity....
