Former 3-stage Lanterne Rouge , Leonardo Piepoli , has expressed his regrets at his "unconscionable" doping at the Tour de France, and calls it "one time in a career full of sacrifices". Piepoli faces ban after positive test

Italian rider Leonardo Piepoli faces a two-year ban after testing positive for the latest generation erythropoietin (EPO) product CERA, the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) said.
