I want to love Peru and so perhaps I should reserve judgment until I have lived here for at least a year or alternatively have at least visited Cuzco and Machu Picchu. For now though I am not moved by this place. I rather enjoyed sandboarding and riding a dune buggy through sand dunes around Ica I believe also Arequipa has charm and Colca Valley is lovely. Still something is off and
