World Records owner Pat Evans has jumped into the downtown Bakersfield Arts District in an unusual way by becoming an integral part of “High Fidelity,” a musical about a fictional record store owner. Evans is sponsoring the show and, as part of the production, will provide vinyl record albums and CDs for sale at intermission — not in the Spotlight Theatre lobby but onstage at intermission....
