Eleanor Keenan Smiley, 93, of Blue Bell, retired co-owner of Smiley's Furniture, died Tuesday at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown following hip surgery. Thomas B. Ryan, 85, of Worcester, owner of a firm that played a small part in building I-95 and the Blue Route, died from complications of pneumonia on Thursday at the Frederick Mennonite Community.
