Nicole Swaayze lost her life last night, hungry and alone. Swaayze, 80, was disabled and lived by herself in a 4th-floor apartment at Katie B. Jackson Plaza, a seniors-only facility run by the Philadelphia Housing Authority in the Mill Creek section of West Philadelphia.
