The grand jury on Wednesday declined to indict Officers Aissa Ware and Michael Wilson in the shooting death of Ron Pettaway, 26, and the wounding of his brother, Roy Pettaway, whom the officers were trying to arrest April 15, 2007, outside the Frozen Palace Club on Old National Highway in College Park.
