Meg Whitman is digging into her deep pockets to help a California ballot measure and state Republicans, fueling speculation the billionaire former CEO of eBay is positioning herself to run for governor in 2010. Meg Whitman could serve in a John McCain Cabinet or run for California governor in 2010.
