I'm not heartbroken about Holliday, really. What would the Phillies have had to give up to get a guy (who happens to be represented by Scott Boras) for one season? And what if Holliday had the same adjustment curve as Geoff Jenkins did this year? I'm not saying his numbers would be as bad as Jenkins' were, but any dip in production, at that price, wouldn't be worth the trouble....
