Santa Claus is coming to town Friday for the mayor’s first Downtown Christmas Stroll. The event, organized by Mayor David Roefaro and his staff, will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. from Franklin Square to the Stanley Center for the Arts on Genesee Street. Santa will be under the Stanley marquee.
