At the Professional World Motorsport Awards held in Cologne, Scuderia Toro Rosso's Team Principal Franz Tost was awarded 'Team Principal of the Year'. This season, Toro Rosso scored its first pole position and first victory at Monza. The team ended 6th in the Championship standings with 39 points.
