Or is it an Al Franken telling a jogging story. Apparently Norm ran an ad of Franken which used video of Franken yelling, screaming, and pointing — trying to make Franken look like an “Angry Liberal.” Franken puts the event in it’s proper — and non-political — context. Just watch:

... voters that I was not as bad as the other two guys." The other two guys are Democratic comedian Al Franken and Independence Party candidate Dean Barkley. Three recent polls show Franken taking his first lead after trailing, sometimes badly. The numbers ranged from a 43 - 34 - 18 split in a Minneapolis Star Tribune poll released last week to 41 - 37 - 14 in a Minnesota Public Radio/Humphrey...

How great would it be to have Al Franken, a former Air America radio host, in the Senate? Franken's candidacy bears witness to the progressive infrastructure that is slowly being built and which we must continue to support if the progressive movement is to really take hold. While conservatives still dominate the radio, Air America has opened thousands of doors to progressive talk-radio...

Well, according to the latest Rasmussen Reports poll of the Minnesota Senate race, technically he's dropping but Coleman is dropping more. After two polls showing exactly opposite results ( Survey USA had Coleman up 10, The Star Tribune poll had Franken up 9) we now have two polls that appear to agree that the truth lies somewhere in between...with Franken in the lead. MPR/Humphrey Institute...
