They had one of the best bullpens in the league last year, and Rodriguez was not the only reason why. They have two catchers (Jeff Mathis and Mike Napoli) capable of playing every day in the big leagues, with Hank Conger, a tremendous hitter, a couple years away. They have three young shortstops who could be regulars at the position: Erick Aybar, Maicer Izturis and Brandon Wood.
