Of all of Dawn Porter's new series on Channel 4, this was the one I was looking forward to the most. She'd covered free-love, which ticked the box for all those that just want to ogle our Dawn, as well as investigating the Geisha and mail-order brides...

It's been a pretty good month for television; it always tends to be when the autumn season kicks in. We've had Dead Set on E4, the spectacular return of Spooks on BBC One, and even Dawn Porter has snuck in there over on Channel 4. So what was your favourite? We had the Kerry Katona and Brand/Ross debacles, yet the 'normal' TV was, on the whole, excellent. There's a poll after the jump...

Intrigue #1 ~ Dawn Porter : which links to not the greatest of reviews. At one point, the journalist refers to her as 'White Noise'. But what a lovely, charming and attractive young woman. I've been watching her Therouxesque journeys through dating and relationships via Channel 4 On Demand , because a) I wasn't even aware this programme existed and it's the kind of easy gonzo telly I'm...
