Three former Sonics season ticket holders are continuing to pursue their lawsuit against Clay Bennett, seeking the opportunity to buy tickets in Oklahoma City for the same price and priority that were guaranteed when they renewed their KeyArena seats.

"Clay Bennett's leaving a half-empty arena with a crummy lease in Seattle and replacing it with a sold out building in Oklahoma City where he's keeping all the revenues is a dramatic improvement for that franchise," Kurt Badenhausen, one of the authors of the report, said of the Thunder, who rank 24th at $300 million, up 12 percent from a year earlier.

The Stanwood bureau of AndyBoyer.com once again shows it is worth every dime we are pouring into it. Garrett and his team bring us " Bend it Like Bennett " a blog written by a fake Clay Bennett. Funny stuff. And as Garrett reports: This cannot be written by an OKC resident. It has to be a disgruntled Seattle fan. However, the comments indicate that the people reading it believe...

Mike Ilitch has the most brand power of any owner in professional sports. And the only owner with less in his home market than the Lions' William Clay Ford Sr. was reviled for trying to uproot a franchise.

Following a Friday night loss to the Hornets which put the Thunder's record at 1-12, wundersenior PJ Carlesimo was sent packing in what was surely his final opportunity at coaching an NBA team....

What self respecting green blog doesn't have up a post or five listing all the tactical things that ' Obama Should Do ' or ' Obama Should Undo ?' "Which ones?" indeed. The many self-referencing blog lists and op pieces on ' what Obama should do ' are so similar, it's as if a mind virus has taken over the...

So to those of you uninterested in professional sports, Oklahoma City recently acquired our state’s first pro sports franchise in its 101 years of statehood: The Thunder, formerly the Seattle Super Sonics, which were purchased from largely uninterested Starbucks CEO Howard Shultz by a group of pro-Oklahoma moneyed persons, chief among them one Clay Bennett. A lot has been written about Clay Bennett, Oklahoma City, and the demise of NBA basketball in Seattle. But there have also been all kinds of gaps in the story (for instance, did you know that the whole process was touched off by a phone call from David Stern to Clay Bennett, who was standing in a janitor's closet as they spoke?). Many of those gaps are filled by a remarkable...
