Red Bull boss and part owner of the Scuderia Toro Rosso team Dietrich Mateschitz has claimed that Sebastien Buemi is on the verge of getting a race seat with the team. The young Swiss driver has been a tester for both Toro Rosso and Red Bull Racing, alongside driving in series like F3 Euroseries.
