Within the past week, two scooter riders in the North Bear Creek area have had their vehicles forcibly taken. Both were forced off the road by a dark-colored vehicle, with two men and a woman emerging. One rider was shot in the legs and chest and is recovering at Mission. Both thefts happened after midnight.
