Feedback on ASDA

Been with Asda a few times now and each time has been a let down. When they have shown up on time, your shopping is just dumped at your doorstep with rude staff. When it is late, you need to call them to find out where its all gone wrong for them again.. you either get told they are busy and hung up on by the automated system or put on hold for 33 minutes or more, yes thirty three minutes waiting to see when your food will arrive! I order my shopping online at www.asda.co.uk and booked a 12 til 2 delivery slot ... the shopping delivery had not arrived by 2 pm, so I checked the Asda website, which advised me that I should call them if the delivery hadn't arrived within the alloted time. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY VISITED VARIOUS ASDA BRANCHES IN THE AREA BUT THE NEW BRANCH IN HAILSHAM IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. SOME OF THE LARGER BRANCHES ARE SO HECTIC, BUSY, DIRTY AND NOISEY, BUT THIS STORE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS A SMALLER BRANCH STOCKS NEARLY EVERYTHING I NEED.
