Feedback on Appliance City

  We have had the C2228 for several months and never has it been fully working. First the clock was faulty, then the cooling fan, the buttons to set the clock and now I have just turned the oven on to find the light no longer works. Caple have come and fixed every fault but the quality is appalling. In addtion to the other faults the clock has started to emit a constant whine, there is only one shelf - the other being a grill pan. The grill pan warps when hot.   Original experience was excellent. Order was easy. Friendly and knowledgable sales person. Fridge freezer arrived as promised but was dented. We did not accept. Delivery people took it away immediately. Rang to see what we could do. Not in stock so would have to wait 7 days. Nothing else was appropriate and they weren't willing to negotiate on any other items. Found same product elsewhere available for next day delivery at same price so went with them. For me they provided an excellent service from start to finish : Their prices were the best anywhere on the web - including P&P - and I checked as many as I could ! The sales team were friendly, efficient and helpful and allowed me to place a deposit and hold the items so that my kitchen could be ready before the equipment arrived.   I don't normally leave reviews but after my appalling service i have just had from appliance city i really thought that others should know of my experience. Firstly i found their website through bing and it looked well designed and laid out. Unfortunately that seams to be the only positive thing i have to say about this company.   In cintrast to other reviewers i have had problems with applicance city or bunny as they call themselves I ordered one day,cancelled within 24 hours and they still took the money and started to process the order.I found out they ignored my cancellation email that's why.It's now 3 days after cancelling and they have teken the money from pending on my credit card to taken it fully and when i just called they still don't know why they have done this.
