US Open Tennis: Ivo Minar out of US Open; Sweeting gets wild card Ivo Minar has pulled out of the U.S. Open because of an injury, allowing Ryan Sweeting to get into the tournament. Minar’s withdrawal allows Rajeev Ram to move off the top of the alternate list and into the main draw. Ram had been awarded a wild card. Because he no longer needs one, Sweeting now will get that wild card.
