• McIlroy wants to compete regularly with Tiger Woods • Win in Dubai would earn £900,000 and order of merit The ambition of Rory McIlroy, like his play, is something to behold. Last year he was a fresh-faced kid on the European Tour. This year he is the man to beat in the Race to Dubai. Next year he will be following his golfing dream in the United States.
