Rumour Mill: The Sun seem fairly confident that Andy Johnson will sign for Fulham before the week is out after being left out of Everton's friendly at Preston last night. The fee quoted is a massive £10.5m, a million shy of the Blues' own transfer record. Johnson had been a rumoured target for Wigan, Sunderland and West Ham but all three's interest has apparently waned in recent weeks.
