Ms Warsi had been visiting Luton when the male protestors accused the Tory peer of not being a proper Muslim. She tried to argue with them but they would not let her speak. Later, with other Muslims, she said that her assailants were as much the authentic voice of Islam as Nick Griffin was a representative voice of Christianity. Watch the video here. Good stuff from Sayeeda Warsi. Tim Montgomerie...

Meanwhile back the ranch, Zac Goldsmith remains in post and Tim Montgomerie says , “there is no need to worry at this stage” then: The Tories should not wait until the General Election campaign to launch the manifesto but should launch it on Monday 4th January and use the following months to explain how life will be better with David Cameron...

Apparently Tim Montgomerie...

Interesting stuff in the Sunday Herald today that says ‘David Cameron has been urged by a senior and influential Conservative to create a breakaway Scottish Tory party. Tim Montgomerie, editor of the influential conservativehome.com website, said the radical move should be considered as the Scottish Tories were making “limited” progress under leader Annabel Goldie. His call...
