Pulaski Street between Tompkins and Throop in Bed Stuy can't be an easy place to sell condos anytime let alone in a bearish market, so we have great sympathy for the Corcoran duo that's taken over the marketing reins...

Marvin Leonard Venick, a longtime Giant Food Inc. pharmacist and Northwest Baltimore resident, died of complications from Parkinson's disease Nov. 2 at Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
