Matthew Key, CEO of Telefonica Europe, a subsidiary of O2, said that the iPhone customers wishing to leave the operator can call customer service and ask them to unlock their iPhone. The service of unlocking will cost £14.97 ($25), and of course, they must first complete their contract.
