I know. I shouldn't be drinking eggnog. And evidently, my fat cells know this too, as I seem to be unable to keep any of it in the mug. I poured just a little bit into a mug--a measured amount under 200 calories--and zapped it in the microwave. It boiled over and made a mess, so I tried again. Then I spilled half of it.
