Governor Jon Corzine is delivering more bad budget news. He's planning to detail publicly his list of proposed cuts designed to keep the state government afloat during a deepening recession. Corzine said Friday that the state now has a $2.1 billion deficit for the current fiscal year -- which began last July. That's even after an earlier round of $600 million in cuts.
