Irina Sheik has been featured in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue every years since 2007 , with this alumni status we have to assume that the 23-year-old Russian model is front runner for the cover of the 2010 edition. If she lands the cover COED will leak the news before anyone else just like last year!
