There are only two Premiership clubs in the top ten of the best supported in Europe on matchday. Manchester United have been named ahead of Barcelona and Real Madrid as the best supported club in Europe. Their average attendance of 75,304 last season saw them leapfrog Madrid, who dropped from first to fifth in the annual rankings by analysts Futebol Finance .
