Guilty plea in Ore. triple killing

Union County District Attorney Timothy Thompson said Gregory Alvin Cook pleaded guilty Thursday in Circuit Court to three counts of aggravated murder, plus abuse of a corpse and a firearms count. The agreement calls for him to be sentenced to three consecutive life terms without possibility of parole. The prosecutor agreed not to seek the death penalty.
