Stuart Hayes, 29, from England won the Chicago Triathlon in an unofficial time of one hour 48 minutes 11 seconds. He beat Australian Greg Bennett, the defending champion, who finished in 1:49:40. Brent McMahon, from British Columbia, came in third in 1:50:10.
