A British Airways executive facing the threat of jail for allegedly fixing fuel prices has been promoted to the company's board as part of a restructuring programme.Andrew Crawley, BA's head of sales, will take up his post in January, less than two weeks before he is due to appear in court along with three former BA executives accused of the same offence.
