Danville brightens up for the holidays

Downtown Danville will light up today with holiday cheer. Christmas on the Square encourages families to come downtown to shop and get into the holiday spirit, said Amanda Jensen, Danville Chamber of Commerce executive director. Last year's inaugural event drew more than 1,000 visitors, she said.
