Luke Akehurst points to some interesting by-election results. I was particualrly interested in Glyncoch Ward, Rhondda Cynon Taff BC where the Communist Party, although not the winners, managed to force the Tories into last place. Communists 12 votes. Tories 11. Onwards to the inevitable revolution comrades, onwards. (Labour won with over 50% of the vote).
