Group tour to Delhi, Agra

... stay in Delhi (suitable for this big group). Also what would be the best way to do a day trip to Agra/Fatehpur Sikri from Delhi and another day for covering the local Delhi tourist spots. Hello all, happy to have found this site. Wish I had more time to plan. The Ms and I have passes to and from India. We have to use them before 2/6/09. I'm retired, she's part time = so not much $. Our itinerary is almost complete except for the last journey back to Delhi IG airport. here's the story so far: 18 days in April. i am catching the mngla lksdp exp from agra to mumbai on jan8th. the train is set to depart agra at 12:25pm, and arrive in mumbai at 8:45am on the 9th. i've been told this train will be delayed, and as i have a flight to catch at 5:45am on the 10th (in mumbai), i can really only afford for the train to be delayed about 15 hours. does anyone know if a delay of this long is typical on the...
