Once again forcing us to question the value of the jolie laid in our wardrobes, Miuccia Prada produced another provocative collection for Spring 2009, this time emphasizing crinkled, papery textiles, irresponsibly high heels, and further development of the “peek-a-boo” premise. Models exposed bare midriffs (a trend we first spotted in NYC, let that be said) [...]

SHE, a new upscale clothing boutique in Bloomfield Township, certainly looks the part, with women's clothing in various shades of black and gray hanging not on those messy rounders you see in department stores, but in recessed cubbies along the walls, kind of like closets without doors.

But on to those lovely male models, who were throwing back drinks and being generally pretty. Even...

Filed under: Men , Fashion Week Yigal Azrouël presented S/S '09 men's wear at his Meatpacking District boutique (408 West 14th Street, New York, NY) during Fashion Week. Shown below, he's far away from any of the tailored trends. Azrouël's silhouettes are much more relaxed, rather than structured, putting comfort at the forefront. It's nice to see a collection that's designed for a real man rather...

Easy, slouchy and laid-back. As usual, lots of the Azrouël drapey style. Wasn’t feeling the clogs but loved the clothes this collection from Yigal Azrouël.
