If you haven't seen this already, you need to click above. This is the Richard Nicoll SS10 video which was played before his London show this past fashion week. It was directed by the evidently talented Kathryn Ferguson and it features one of my favourite models Daul Kim. It's so strong but serene at the same time. I would love to get into styling or even art directing for short films like this eventually....

Last week was of course London Fashion Week, but this year had a slightly different twist to it... It's the 25th Anniversary of the event and to commemorate this, Elle magazine commisioned 25 people who helped shape British fashion, to create one-off posters for display on central London tube stations from 11th September. I think the artwork is fantastic, it makes a change to the usual insurance adverts...

I saw Swedish sensation Frida at New York Fashion Week wearing another version of a brown blazer but wasn't able to get a clean shot. At least here in London I was able to grab a shot that shows her Dr. Martens, long socks over tights, and another one of her brown blazers. Yes, I'd guess she likes brown blazers :) She's having a massively successful season so far including opening New York's Richard...

Christopher Kane, Issa, Marios Schwab. There's something about London Fashion Week that just makes us smile. Perhaps it's the carefree attitude to design, the emphasis on creativity, the flat-out craziness that makes it such a fun week. Christopher Kane, Topshop Unique, and Vivienne Westwood Red Label all walked, but to really see them in their glory, be sure to view them in full-screen slideshow...
