While there are numerous improvements for the 2010 model year Suzuki SX4, why did this Japanese automaker decide to confuse consumers with a nigh on indecipherable model and options list? CNN reports that data from Truecar.com indicates that Black Friday is the best day to buy a car. Truecar.com's data shows that the average car discount on Black Friday is 7.5%.
